4 pork chops
Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Melt 2 Tablespoons of butter in a frying pan and brown the pork chops on both sides.
Take the pork chops out and place in a slow cooker.
In the remaining butter, saute the onion which has been finely diced till it is translucent. Add 4 tablespoons of Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tablespoons of tomato ketchup and 100ml of water. Bring to the boil.
Pour the sauce over the pork chops in the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on low heat.
Serve with mashed potatoes and green vegetables.
