Chilli sausage & Cheese Packed Spud Skins

Ingredients

Potatoes
Sausages
Chillies
Eggs
Cheese
Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Method

Griddle sausages until cooked. Put potatoes in the oven and bake until cooked.

Cook diced chilli in a little Kikkoman Soy Sauce on a low heat till soft.

When potatoes are cooked cut horizontally and scoop out flesh. Mix with chopped sausage, chilli, egg yolk and grated cheese.

Pile back into skins and pop back into oven to brown. Serve with mixed salad.
