Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Add pasta to saucepan and boil until al dente, meanwhile, grate the carrots and courgettes and crush the garlic.
Add courgettes and carrots to wok and cook for a minute in a good blob of butter before adding the crushed garlic and shaking it. Once the veg has wilted take off the heat, stir in some more butter and toss with yummy Kikkoman soy sauce and then stir into your pasta.
Serve immediately. Yum, yum, yum.
