Stir-fried ginger chicken

Ingredients

Chicken
Onions
Peppers
Ginger
Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Method

Add olive oil to wok and heat, add chicken pieces fry until brown. Add chopped onion, peppers and grated ginger and fry for 10 minutes. Add a splash of soy sauce, fry for another 3 minutes and serve.
