Pepper
Herbs
Cheese
Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Cut crusty bread thinly. Dip in soy and olive oil. Scatter pepper and herbs on the bread. Griddle fry the bread for a minute on either die until brown. Add thin sliced cheese onto the bread. Put the bread in the oven and grill until the cheese has melted. Eat warm.
