How to claim your 2012 Kikkoman calendar
The promotion closing date is Friday 24th February 2012.
Consumers must write why they like Kikkoman (in 25 words or less) and send along with their name, full address, telephone number (all in capital letters) to: Kikkoman Calendar Promotion, PO Box 504, Leicester, LE94 0AE or by emailing calendar@kikkomanpromotions.co.uk.
All postal claims must be received by Friday 2nd March 2012. Valid while stocks last.
Terms & conditions
- Entry is open to UK residents only. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years old and over.
- The promotion closing date is Friday 24th February 2012. All postal claims must be received by Friday 2nd March 2012. Valid while stocks last.
- Only one entry and calendar per household.
- No purchase necessary. Calendars will be sent to consumers once their application is received. The gift will consist of one 2012 Kikkoman recipe calendar.
- Please allow 28 days for delivery of calendar from receipt of a valid application. No third party or group claims will be accepted.
- No responsibility will be taken for lost, delayed or damaged claims. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- Valid while stocks last. In the event that a calendar is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the calendar, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the gift. No cash alternative will be given.
- The calendar will not be replaced if it arrives slightly damaged, either from handling or from the delivery process. These items are not guaranteed to arrive in mint condition.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify any claim, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant (and ALL claims submitted by that entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request entrants to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated calendar delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
- Participation in this promotion means the Promoter may use your information for future marketing purposes. To see how the Promoter uses and stores your information, please see the Promoter's privacy policy.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of promotional participation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules of this promotion will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
