How to claim your 2012 Kikkoman calendar
In order to claim their free calendar, consumers must purchase between 1st November 2011 and 20th January 2012 any one of the following Kikkoman products:
Kikkoman Soy Sauce 150ml, Kikkoman Soy Sauce 250ml, Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce 150ml, Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce 250ml, Kikkoman Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce 250ml, Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade 250ml or Kikkoman Sukiyaki Stir Fry Sauce 250ml.
Consumers must send their itemised receipt as proof of purchase along with their name, full address, telephone number and confirm they are 18 years old or over (all in capital letters) to: Kikkoman Calendar Promotion, PO Box 504, Leicester, LE94 0AE.
All claims must be received by Friday 27th January 2012. Valid while stocks last.
Terms & conditions
- Entry is open to UK residents only. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years old and over.
- All claims must be received by Friday 27th January 2012.
- Only one entry and calendar per household.
- The calendar will be a gift with purchase of at least one Kikkoman product from the list of products stated above, when purchased between Tuesday 1st November 2011 and Friday 20th January 2012.
- Calendars will be sent to consumers once their application is received and proof of purchase verified by the itemised till receipt. The gift will consist of one 2012 Kikkoman recipe calendar.
- Please allow 28 days for delivery of calendar from receipt of a valid application. No third party or group claims will be accepted.
- No responsibility will be taken for lost, delayed or damaged claims. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The itemised receipt will not be returned.
- Valid while stocks last. In the event that a calendar is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the calendar, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the gift. No cash alternative will be given.
- The calendar will not be replaced if it arrives slightly damaged, either from handling or from the delivery process. These items are not guaranteed to arrive in mint condition.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify any claim, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant (and ALL claims submitted by that entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request entrants to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated calendar delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of promotional participation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules of this promotion will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
