Ideal salt replacement?

Soy sauce could hold the key to reducing salt in our diet, according to a new study. Researchers found that by replacing the salt in salad dressing, soup and stir fried pork with Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, they could cut the salt content by up to half without affecting the taste or enjoyment.
